The Mynx Soul Band

The Mynx Soul Band is a 9-piece band (including brass section to which we can add a further player if required) and comes completely self contained. This means that sound and lighting is included in the price you pay. The band will also provide recorded music (of your choice) during the breaks to keep your guests on the dance floor all night long.
Line-up consists of Male and Female lead vocals; Hammond organ; Guitar; Bass; Tenor/Baritone and Tenor/Alto saxes; Trombone; Trumpet; Drums

Predominantly late 60s Soul music - think Otis Redding, Wilson Picket, James Brown - with a mix of other strong dance music.

The band has played, and is happy to play, all forms of venue and event formats from the standard dance hall thing to theatre shows (with a seated audience), weddings and birthday parties.

The Mynx Soul Band does not have fixed prices for booking. Much depends on distance travelled to the venue and the nature of the event.
